To ensure a pleasant stay and prevent any misunderstandings, please read the accommodation rules below:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 2 per bedroom. Additional guests beyond the maximum allowed are limited to 2 persons per residence and will incur extra charges. Extra guests are not entitled to additional beds.
Extra guests are prohibited within a One Bedroom Residence.
Smoking is permitted only in designated open-air areas.
Pets are not permitted within the holiday rental property’s vicinity.
Events, parties, and inviting outside guests are not permitted.
Please turn off all air conditioning when the residence is unoccupied.
Guests are expected to replace or cover the cost of any damages or breakages incurred during their stay.
Late check-out is subject to availability and must be requested in advance, with an additional charge.
Last-minute bookings for the same day cannot be made after 4 PM Bali time.
During the check-in procedure, guests are required to present their ID card or passport for our staff to copy or photograph.
Cancellation Policy
The reservation is refundable under the following terms and conditions:
Upon reservation, guests will be charged a 50% down payment of the total amount.
Refund requests for cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to check-in for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days prior to check-in will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total amount.
